These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("ToS") govern the purchase of products ("Products") from the Website and are in addition to, and do not replace, the Terms and Conditions of Use governing general access to the Website. By purchasing the Products, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree, please do not purchase the Products.

1. General terms
1.1. These ToS exclusively govern the remote purchase of Products through the Website. They do not apply to purchases made in physical stores or through third-party retailers.
1.2. The sale of Products under these ToS is strictly reserved for individual consumers (“Customers”), meaning natural persons purchasing for personal use, with no connection to any business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity.
1.3. Any resale, distribution, or transfer of Products purchased via the Website for commercial or professional purposes is strictly prohibited.
1.4. The purchase of Products is governed solely by the version of these ToS in effect at the time the Order is confirmed. We may modify these ToS at our discretion, and updates will apply to future purchases.

4.1. The Products selected for purchase by the Customer shall be placed into a special section ("Shopping Bag").
4.2. Each item in the Shopping Bag includes a detailed description, which may include measurements, sizes (where applicable), and one or more digital images that represent the Product.
4.3. To review the selected items and the total purchase price, the Customer may access the Shopping Bag page at any time before completing the relevant order ("Order").
4.4. Before confirming the Order, the Customer must carefully review the contents of the Shopping Bag and complete the required fields in the Order form, following the instructions provided on the Website.
4.5. The purchasing process is finalized once the Customer press the "Buy" button (or equivalent final confirmation button).
4.6. Once an Order has been placed, modifications (such as changing the product, size, or delivery address) may not be possible. If the Customer need to make a change, he should contact us at support@gosharubchinskiy.com as soon as possible, and we will assist where feasible. If the Order has already been processed, modifications will not be possible, and a return process may be required instead.

5.1. Once Order is placed, the Customer will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the Order. However, this email does not constitute acceptance of the Order.
5.2. A binding contract between the Customer and the Company is formed only when we send a confirmation email ("Confirmation Email"), which will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include a summary of the sale terms, including:
a. A description of the purchased Products and their main features;
b. The total Order price, including any applicable shipping costs;
c. The address for customer service inquiries or complaints;

5.4. If we cancel an Order, we will notify the Customer via email within 30 days from the date of Order placement. In such cases, the Order shall be deemed not accepted, and no contract will be formed.
5.5. If an Order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method.
6. Pricing and payment
6.1. All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT or other relevant taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. International customers may incur additional duties or taxes, which are their responsibility.

6.3. The total price shown in the Shopping Bag includes applicable shipping fees, which are displayed separately before checkout. Any additional charges, if applicable, will always be clearly indicated, and explicit consent of the Customer will be required before they are applied.
6.4. The price confirmed at checkout and displayed in the Shopping Bag at the moment of purchase will be the final amount charged, provided that the selected Products are available at that time.
6.5. For international transactions, a payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
