1. Shipping destinations

1.3. We reserve the right to update our list of shipping destinations at any time. If a previously available shipping destination is removed, we will process refunds for any unfulfilled Orders affected by this change.
2. Order processing & delivery times
2.1. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2.2. Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days via DHL Express International, subject to customs clearance and regional logistics.
2.3. If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the Product page.
2.4. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, delivery times may be longer than estimated. While we strive to ensure timely shipping, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates beyond the estimates provided at checkout.
2.5. Once the Order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
2.6. We reserve the right to fulfill an Order in multiple shipments based on Product availability. In such cases, the Customer will receive items separately as they become available for dispatch. At our sole discretion, we may charge the Customer either for each shipment individually upon dispatch or as a single payment for the entire Order.
3. Shipping costs & duties
3.1. We offer free shipping on all Orders.
3.2. International Orders include standard import duties and taxes in the checkout total. However, additional fees (e.g., customs handling charges or local taxes) may apply in some regions, for which the Customer is responsible
4. Address accuracy & delivery issues
4.1. We are not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer, and additional costs for re-shipment may apply.
4.2. Orders with incomplete or inaccurate addresses may be delayed until we can confirm the correct details.
4.3. The Customer may request re-shipment within 30 days of return notification, subject to additional shipping fees. If re-shipment is not requested, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.
5. Shipping restrictions
5.1. For security reasons, we do not process Orders shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or any addresses where the recipient’s identity and delivery location cannot be clearly verified. This restriction ensures secure delivery and compliance with courier requirements.
5.2. Orders to countries with specific import restrictions may be subject to additional verification before shipping. If we cannot ship to a specific location due to local regulations, we will notify the Customer and issue a refund.
6. Delays and force majeure
6.1. Customs clearance procedures and delays are beyond our control and may extend estimated delivery times.
6.2. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
a. Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, wildfires);
b. Governmental actions (e.g., regulations, embargoes, sanctions);
c. Labor disputes (e.g., strikes, lockouts, industrial actions);
d. Transportation or supply chain disruptions;
e. Cybersecurity incidents or widespread technical failures;
f. Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.
6.3. In the event of a force majeure situation, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will take reasonable steps to mitigate its impact. If the event persists for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel affected Orders and issue refunds where applicable.
6.4. If your Order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
7. Undelivered Orders
7.1. If an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but the Customer has not received it, the Customer must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Upon notification, we will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner (CBIP) to verify the delivery status with the shipping carrier.
7.1.1. If the carrier confirms an error or misdelivery, we will offer either a replacement order (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, including shipping costs.
7.1.2. If the carrier confirms successful delivery, but the Customer still disputes it, we will assess the case individually and may offer a resolution at our discretion.
7.2. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the Customer, failure to collect the package from the courier, or other reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer may choose one of the following options:
- Reshipment of the order (additional shipping fees apply).
- A refund minus the original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable).
7.3. If an order is lost in transit (before it reaches the final delivery status and is confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier), and the loss is verified by the shipping carrier, we will either:
- Resend the order at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
7.4. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, courier-related issues, extreme weather conditions, government actions, or other force majeure events beyond our control. The estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are for reference only and may vary based on these external factors.
8. Lost Shipments
If an Order is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier), we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, provided the Customer notifies us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy in accordance with the terms outlined below. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the Website and does not cover items bought in physical stores or via third-party retailers. 1. Eligibility for returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
(i) Unworn, unused, and in their original condition;
(ii) All original tags, labels, and accessories attached;
(iii) Returned in the original packaging;
(iv) Return request must be submitted within 14 days of Order delivery.
1.2. Non-returnable items:
(i) Underwear, socks, and other intimate wear (for hygiene reasons);
(ii) Sale, discounted, or final-sale items;
(iii) Gift cards;
(iv) Customized or personalized products;
(v) Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. How to initiate a return
2.1. Request a return
Contact our Customer Service team at support@gosharubchinskiy.com with your Order number and reason for return.
2.2. Receive return instructions
Return requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days after submission. The Customer will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection of the return request. If the return is approved, the prepaid return shipping label will be provided within 1-2 business days.
After receiving the return authorization and prepaid shipping label, the Customer must ship the item back within 14 calendar days. If the return is not shipped within this period, the return request will be automatically canceled, and the shipping label will be voided.
2.3. Ship your item
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location.
2.4. Inspection
Once received, your item will be inspected within 1–3 business days. Customers will receive an email confirmation with the inspection result as soon as the review is completed.
3. Refund process
3.1. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is approved following inspection. The time required for funds to appear in the Customer's account depends on their bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) and may take additional processing time, especially during bank holidays or due to provider policies.

4. Exchanges
4.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:
(i) Return the original item for a refund, and
(ii) Place a new Order for the desired item.
4.2. For defective products covered under warranty, please refer to Section 7 – Warranty Policy.
5. Order cancellations
5.1. Before shipment
(i) Customers can cancel their order within 60 minutes after placing it via their personal account for an instant refund.
(ii) After this period, cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our Customer Support at support@gosharubchinskiy.com with the Order number. Refunds will be processed according to our standard return policy.
5.2. After shipment:
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be canceled. Post-shipment returns must comply with Section 1 eligibility criteria.
6. Shipping costs for returns
6.1. Returns are free for eligible items using our prepaid label when the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect shipment, or misrepresentation on our website).
6.2. If the return is made for reasons not attributable to us (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with an item that matches the description), the original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable. However, the Customer will not be charged for the return shipping label.
6.3. If the returned item is not eligible for a refund due to damage caused by improper handling, the Customer may choose to have the item reshipped at their own expense. If the Customer does not arrange reshipment within 14 days of notification, the item may be discarded without compensation.
7. Warranty policy
7.1. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase. If your item develops a defect within this period, we will either:
(i) Provide a replacement, or
(ii) Issue a full refund.
7.2. The warranty does not cover:
a. Normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear include gradual deterioration from regular use
b. Accidental damage or misuse;
c. Damage caused by Improper care. Improper care’ includes failure to follow care instructions provided with the Product.
7.3. To file a warranty claim, contact us at support@gosharubchinskiy.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
7.4. If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. EU 14-day cooling-off period
8.1. EU customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 14-day policy voluntarily extends this period, subject to Section 1 conditions.
